Shipping policy

Maii currently ships eligible online purchases within Canada. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and order.

Order processing

Orders are prepared during business days. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Store pickup

Free store pickup is available in Ottawa for eligible online orders. Please wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before visiting the store. Bring your order confirmation and identification when collecting your order.

In-store-only items

Snacks, beverages, plants, and DIY terrarium items are available in store only and cannot be shipped or purchased through the online checkout.

Address issues and missing parcels

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@migoomigoo.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
