Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery or store pickup.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact admin@migoomigoo.com before sending or bringing an item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Perishable goods, food and beverages, plants, opened personal-care products, custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
